Air Duct Cleaning
We pride ourselves in honest and affordable air duct cleaning. Over time, your home's air ducts build up dust and contaminants which can cause sickness, allergies, and a dirty home. The most popular times that we clean a home are after renovations or if the family is experiencing consistent sickness and allergy symptoms. We price each home based on the number of supply and return registers that are present.

At Pecos, we use a rotary brush system to clean all air ducts and dryer vents. There two methods of cleaning ductwork, Negative Air & Rotary Brush. Negative air uses very high powered vacuums to clean debris from the ductwork. Negative air will do a good job at removing loose dust & debris; however, will do a less effective job at removing contaminants stuck on the duct wall. Our rotary brush method uses a spinning brush that scrubs the ductwork to loosen contaminants followed by a HEPA vacuum system to remove the debris from the duct. The rotary brush method is the preferred choice for residential & light commercial duct cleaners because a brush will provide better scrubbing power and a better cleaning.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Consistent cleaning of a dryer vent is crucial to keeping a safe home. Excessive lint build-up is a fire hazard, and puts extensive wear on your dryer. We offer very affordable pricing on dryer vent cleaning typically ranging between $50-$100 depending on the size, length, and make-up of your vent. Signs of a clogged dryer vent are typically taking multiple cycles to dry a load of clothes and visible build-up of lint on the outside of the home.
