Bathroom Renovation
Full bathroom restoration down to the studs. All new plumbing and sewer lines, updated electrical, Italian tile floor, tiled shower surround. Restored the original cast iron tub from 1936 to keep character and charm!
Store Front Restoration
Restoration and painting of store front from 1900 in downtown Beatrice, NE. The boutique and future barber shop have a nice home.
Pantry Conversion
Storage space in old homes is limited. Here an old mud room entryway was converted into a pantry with custom built-in shelving units, fresh drywall/plaster, new flooring, and fresh paint. Electrical was updated by our wonderful friends at Hy-Electric.
Front Porch Replacement
Full porch replacement to take care of rotted and deteriorated posts, joists, and decking. Glad to have greatly improved the safety and appearance for our customer's home. Don't worry, railings were installed after these photos!
Bathroom Renovation
Partial bathroom renovation converting a tub into a shower, keeping the original floor and cast iron tub from 1928. All new plaster and paint, new vanity, and updated electrical by our friends at Hy-Electric. A beautiful new space that was able to stay within a budget. You don't have to break the bank to get a wonderful space to live in.
